Definitely the customer service and everything else that comes along with it. My local cleaners and flower shop have the best owners! We always get to chat about what I'm up to, or how their business is going. It's always nice to have a personal connection with my local businesses.

If I ever could, I would love to open up a flower shop! It would also include flower design/decor.

I use too many paper products. I could do a better job about paper towels, paper plates and plastic utensils, etc. I should bring my own plate and utensils to use at work for lunch. I should also cut back on paper products!
